TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MALIPO POLE POLE
- 1. The Service allows you to pay for selected content available on Safaricom’s web portal in three instalments.
- 2. The Service is available to both pre –pay and post pays subscribers on Safaricom’s network.
- 3. Upon request for the content you will be billed as follows:
60%- immediately upon request for the content;
20%- 12 hours from the time the first deduction was made;
20% -24 hours from the time that the first deduction was made.
- 4. You will receive an SMS from "Bamba Flava" confirming each deduction.
- 5. If you do not have sufficient airtime in your account you will also receive a notification informing you that you have insufficient credit. However Safaricom will attempt to deduct the 60% upfront payment for the content four (4 ) times a day for the next 14 days. If you do not top up your account with sufficient credit and Safaricom is unable to recover the 60% upfront payment you will be placed in a Bad Debtor list and you may not be able to purchase any more content using this service.
- 6. If you top up your account with sufficient credit and the deduction of the 60% upfront payment is made successfully then the balance will be recovered in two instalments after every 12 hours as set out above.
- 7. You are hereby advised that this service is provided by third parties and by requesting for the content you are deemed to have given your consent to the release or disclosure of your number to the third party for billing purposes.
